Job summary

DKSH Malaysia is seeking a capable professional to oversee and support the end-to-end operations of People Services across the business units. You will manage day-to-day HR processes, ensure SLA compliance, drive process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate data, contracts, onboarding, payroll inputs, and reports from our The Ascent HQ in Kelana Jaya.

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in People Operations.
• Must be able to work in Kelana Jaya, The Ascent (HQ).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational support for recruitment administration, contracts, onboarding, benefits administration, and data management.
• Ensure data inputs and document compilation meet SLA requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective cross-functional communication.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR operations.
• Inform payroll and compensation & benefits on changes to employee records and resignations.
• Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead system enhancement or process alignment projects across all business units.
