Job Summary

To oversee and support the end-to-end operations of People Services, ensuring efficient execution of HR processes across the business unit/function

General Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support such as recruitment administration, contract, letter preparation, data management of employees, movement, promotion, onboarding, benefits administration, PM, reports, and ad hoc requests.
• Ensure data inputs and compiling documents are within SLA.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to the operations.
• Inform payroll & C&B on changes to employees’ record movements & resignation list.
• Practice standardized work methods to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead and involve in projects for system enhancement or process alignment across all Business Units.
• Understand the full scope of tasks (100%) in each Business Unit.
• To drive completion timeline for requests and reports.
• Manage requests within SLA timeline.
• Verify Buddy check tasks.
• Respond effectively to business demand.
• Develop and update relevant SOP/Job Aids documentation for ongoing Operations usage.
• Oversee daily operations of People Services.

Functional Skills And Knowledge

Requirements
