Qualifications

• Support recruitment processes and screening resumes.
• Assist in onboarding and induction activities.
• Maintain both hardcopy and digital employee records.
• Assist in attendance and leave management.
• Support payroll data collection and processing.
• Assist in employee engagement and relations.
• Ensure filing of HR documents and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings and coordinate scheduling of interviews.
• Respond to employee queries on HR policies and procedures.
• Help ensure HR practices comply with company policies and labor regulations.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR team.
• Assist ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.
