Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia is seeking an HR Support (Intern) to gain practical HR experience in a hands-on internship. You will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR administration across Senai, Tebrau, and JB offices.

This 6-month internship offers an RM 800 monthly allowance, with travel between offices and the chance to build skills in Workday data management, attendance tracking, and HR reporting while working from Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willing to learn HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and records management.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Minimum internship duration of 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage attendance, leaves, and related queries.
• Maintain and update data in Workday (employment status, resignations, contracts).
• Track attrition data and report findings.
• Support recruitment activities when required.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards for attendance and headcount.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Workforce Management teams.
• Assist process improvements and automation in HR operations.
