Flintex Consulting is seeking an HR Shared Services Specialist (HR Operations & Payroll) to support payroll accuracy, master data integrity, and leave management in the Malaysia region. You will work as a regional SME for Workday and BIPO HRMS, ensuring data integrity across SEA operations.

The role requires 3+ years in HR operations, proficiency with ERP systems like Workday or BIPO, and fluent English; Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage for regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years HR operations experience on payroll and master data for Indonesia and SEA countries.
• Knowledge of Workday or BIPO HRMS and ERP systems is advantageous.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll accuracy and compliance with local employment laws.
• Create and maintain employee master data in Workday and BIPO HRMS.
• Manage leave portal and ensure policy compliance and user accounting.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders across SEA to support HR operations and projects.
