Job summary

Combi-Pack Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations in a manufacturing environment. You will oversee KPIs, training, performance appraisals, and compliance with ISO and labour laws.

The role requires 8+ years in HR with leadership exposure, involvement in succession planning, and the ability to travel between Seremban and Malacca offices. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is required.
8+ years of HR experience with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in the Manufacturing industry is required.
Experience with ISO management systems is required.
Ability to analyse problems and provide effective solutions.
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to travel between Seremban and Malacca offices.

Responsibilities

Set, create and monitor employee KPIs and performance review frameworks.
Assist in preparing performance appraisal reports.
Drive succession planning and develop successors for key roles.
Handle full spectrum of training processes and update training records for audits.
Develop and implement training programs tailored for each role.
Assist in implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
Oversee daily HR Operations including attendance, disciplinary matters, foreign workers, SEDEX and ISO audits.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
