Job summary

Guangdong Gaoyi Printing & Packaging Co in Malaysia seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations, policy implementation, recruitment, leave, payroll, and compliance.

The role requires 5–8 years in HR, preferably in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of Malaysian laws, expatriate management, audits, and staff welfare.

You will report to the management team and drive manpower planning, performance management, and HR analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience managing HR and Administration functions.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment and labour requirements.
• Experience handling expatriates/foreign workers is an advantage.
• Experience with HR audits (RBA/JTK/ISO) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and practices compliant with Malaysian labour laws.
• Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, attendance, leave, disciplinary matters, welfare.
• Provide HR advice to management and HODs on employee-related matters.
• Monitor manpower requirements and perform manpower planning.
• Oversee recruitment and expatriate/foreign worker documentation and renewals.
• Coordinate compliance audits and maintain HR documentation for audits.
• Oversee payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Manage HR administration, welfare, events and employee communications.
• Coordinate performance appraisal, development plans and succession planning.
