• Experience in training, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning and development initiatives and training needs.
• Manage HRDC claims, attendance records, and training evaluations.
• Assist in recruitment activities and end-to-end hiring processes.
• Support audits and prepare HR documentation for internal/external reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and food safety requirements.
