Job summary

Parlo Tours Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on HR leader to run the full HR function for a 50-60 person organization. You will direct HR operations, payroll, policy, performance management and employee relations, while guiding a two-person team to set direction and execute with precision.

The role covers end-to-end payroll, statutory compliance, recruitment, onboarding, performance cycles, and HR governance. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills are required, with SME experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, BA, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Hands-on end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language an advantage.
• Experience in SME or mid-sized organisations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations, payroll governance and employee data integrity.
• Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning and onboarding.
• Run annual performance cycle and coaching for managers.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and investigations.
• Develop policies, governance and ESG support; supervise ESG Executive.
• Manage office admin, vendor contracts and workplace matters.
• Deliver monthly HR dashboard and manpower cost reports.
• Lead a two-person HR team; set KPIs and cross-cover.
