China Communications Construction Company (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR professional to support daily operations and help implement HR policies and procedures within the Malaysian office. The role focuses on accurate processing and timely completion of assigned tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities include reviewing attendance, leave, overtime, and other HR records; maintaining personnel files; and ensuring documentation is complete and well organized to support operations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily HR operations and ensure all assigned HR tasks are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
• Assist the HR Manager and Deputy HR Manager in implementing HR policies, procedures, management instructions, and operational requirements.
• Review employee attendance, leave, overtime, and other HR-related records, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all supporting documentation.
• Maintain and update employee personnel files, HR records, and documentation.
