Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee personal files, employment records, and HR databases.
• Monitor employment contract expiry dates and follow up on renewals.
• Support employee resignation, termination, and clearance processes.
• Collect and verify monthly attendance, overtime, allowances, and payroll-related information.
• Assist in payroll preparation and checking to ensure accuracy and timely salary processing.
• Coordinate statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
