Job summary

Atquest is seeking an HR Intern to support the Human Resources Team in day-to-day operations, recruitment activities, onboarding and employee engagement. This role offers exposure to multiple HR functions and administrative projects.

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or Psychology, with strong communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, responsible and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and company events.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team when required.
