Vanity Cosmeceutical Sdn Bhd invites a proactive HR professional to join our payroll and HR operations team in Malaysia. You will support monthly payroll, attendance, leave, overtime, claims, and benefits, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
You'll coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers on payroll and benefits, assist onboarding/offboarding, and contribute to HR projects, analytics, and digitalisation initiatives.

This role offers exposure across payroll, HR operations, employee benefits, reporting, and process improvement, providing a strong foundation for individuals looking to build their career in Human Resources.
Support monthly payroll administration, including attendance, leave, overtime, claims, allowances, and other payroll-related information.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timekeeping matters to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits, insurance, medical claims, and related documentation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers on payroll and employee benefits matters.
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and other HR operational activities.
Provide support for HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Support HR digitalization initiatives and continuous process improvement projects.
Assist in maintaining and enhancing HRIS, payroll systems, and employee self-service platforms.
Develop HR dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to improve decision-making.
Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements using digital tools and technology.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, HR Administration, or a related role.
Experience in FMCG, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboard Development).
Experience with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
