Job summary

Deloitte Southeast Asia is seeking a Central HR Operations Associate for its Kuala Lumpur team. The role supports centralized HR operations, processes HR transactions, manages data, and delivers analytics and reporting for end-to-end HR service delivery.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, strong MS Excel skills, and a proactive, confidentiality-minded team player attitude. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with up to two years of HR experience providing an edge.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to two years of HR operations experience is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP HR is beneficial and MS Excel proficiency is expected.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process routine HR transactions and system updates accurately within the required timelines.
• Support employee lifecycle administration including staff movements, leave, probation, and changes.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation and quality checks to maintain HR records and reports.
• Track outstanding requests and follow up with employees, HR colleagues and stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and handle sensitive data appropriately.
• Prepare periodic HR and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders.
• Provide HR operations support across staff movements, leaves, and probations; work as a team.
• Demonstrate a results-driven approach and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
