K11 Century Sdn Bhd is hiring an HR Officer to manage recruitment, employee documentation, payroll coordination, attendance monitoring, and disciplinary matters for multiple outlets in Malaysia. The role requires independent HR operations with strict confidentiality and support for management and outlet teams.
The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in HR or related field, with 1–2 years HR experience preferred; fresh graduates with HR knowledge may apply.
An HR Officer role responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources functions across multiple outlets, including recruitment, employee documentation, payroll coordination, attendance monitoring, and disciplinary matters. The role requires handling HR operations independently while maintaining strict confidentiality and supporting management and outlet teams with timely HR assistance.
Handle the full recruitment process, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview arrangements, job offers and onboarding.
Monitor manpower requirements and recruitment progress for all outlets and departments.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records, personal files, employment contracts and HR documents.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, absenteeism, punctuality and working schedules.
Coordinate with Outlet Managers on staff roster and manpower planning to ensure sufficient operational coverage.
Monitor employee probation and confirmation dates and prepare the required assessments before deadlines.
Coordinate employee performance assessments, salary reviews and other HR evaluations according to Management's schedule.
Assist in preparing and checking monthly payroll information, including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, incentives, unpaid leave and employee claims.
Handle employee disciplinary matters, complaints and workplace issues, including proper documentation and follow-up actions.
Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with Company policies and applicable Malaysian employment requirements.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Preferably 1–2 years of HR working experience. Fresh graduates with good knowledge of HR practices may also apply.
Basic knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, labour regulations and HR practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Management, Outlet Managers and employees.
Able to handle recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, payroll information and disciplinary matters.
Responsible, organized and able to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and follow up on tasks without repeated reminders.
Good problem-solving skills and able to handle employee matters professionally.
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, multi-outlet working environment.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
