Qualifications

Diploma or higher in HR or related field with relevant experience.
Experience in manufacturing/regulated environments is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and Labour Laws.
Experience managing foreign workers, passes, and government relations.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive HR services and coach leaders.
Partner with managers to deliver core HR services and recruitment strategies.
Ensure efficient HR processes and strong associate experience.
Support onboarding, Buddy programs, and policy implementation.
Coordinate with government bodies on employment passes and permits.
Collaborate with HR COEs and HR Services to execute solutions.
