Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in HR operations or shared services.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint for user training.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow case management.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries from employees and managers.
• Manage and resolve cases using ServiceNow within SLAs.
• Execute onboarding transactions and coordinate onboarding documentation and background checks.
• Facilitate Day 1 New Hire Orientation onsite and virtually.
• Process offboarding, terminations, and related documentation; coordinate with IT, Payroll, and HR partners.
• Support benefits inquiries and leave administration; escalate when needed.
• Maintain employee data in Workday and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Generate HR documents including offer letters, job change notices, verification letters, and separation documents.
