Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Manager for the Kuala Lumpur area to oversee HR operations across engineering, construction and related sectors. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement and offboarding, with a permanent contract and a salary up to MYR 12,000 monthly.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Malaysian laws, manage statutory contributions such as EPF and SOCSO, supervise performance and development programs, and drive HR

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience managing full-spectrum HR functions in a managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred.
• Engineering, construction or project-based industry experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-spectrum HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement and offboarding.
• Review HR policies and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Oversee payroll processing and statutory contributions and deductions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB, and manage applicable HRD Corp obligations.
• Advise management on workforce planning, employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Manage performance appraisals, training, talent development and succession planning.
• Oversee compensation and benefits, HR reporting and process improvements.
• Drive HR digitalisation, HR system improvements and process enhancements.

Working hours : 5-day work week | Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to MYR 12,000 Basic + 12 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

Oversee compensation and benefits, HR reporting and process improvements.

Drive HR digitalisation, HR system improvements and process enhancements.
