Job summary

One Seven Consulting partners with a regional digital infrastructure and data centre platform to hire a Manager, Human Resources based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role owns the full spectrum of HR delivery across two sites, advising managers on employee relations, performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 5–10 years of HR experience and strong ER/IR background.
• Experience handling disciplinary cases, investigations and terminations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR adviser to managers and employees across both sites.
• Partner leaders on workforce planning and retention to align with business goals.
• Manage employee and industrial relations end-to-end, including investigations.
• Support change initiatives and organisational growth projects.
• Oversee performance management and development discussions.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour law and Employment Act.
• Coordinate with payroll and external vendors on queries and obligations.
• Provide stakeholder management and confidential handling of sensitive matters.
