You will liaise with management and staff, ensure labor law compliance, and drive engagement, performance, and growth across the organization. This role requires strong communication, change management, and the ability to translate policy into practical processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Provide guidance and support to managers and staff regarding HR policies and procedures
