Job summary

Fuku, a Malaysia-based company, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead people strategy in Kuala Lumpur. You will design and implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations.

This role requires strong knowledge of labor laws, 5+ years HR experience with at least 2 in management, and proven leadership in fast-paced environments. You will mentor the HR team and drive employee engagement while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Experience with HRIS and other HR management software.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
