Job summary

LAGENDA PROPERTIES BERHAD is seeking an Internship in Human Resources (Learning & Development) based in Petaling Jaya. Assist in coordinating and administering learning and development programmes, training sessions, and employee development activities.

You will support training materials and attendance records, scheduling, and participant arrangements, and help maintain training records and databases. Provide general admin support to the L&D team and assist HR projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, business, psychology, management or related field.
• Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and administering learning and development programmes.
• Support training sessions and employee development activities.
• Prepare training materials, attendance records, and feedback forms.
• Coordinate training schedules, venues, trainers and participants.
• Maintain and update training records and learning-related databases or trackers.
• Prepare reports and analyses on training participation and feedback.
• Organise employee engagement and development activities when required.
• Provide general administrative support to the L&D team and assist with HR projects.
