Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related working experience is preferred.
• Exposure to HR areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations or learning & development is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support.
• Help organize training sessions and HR events.
