Job summary

Mynews Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to support disciplinary matters and staff welfare in Subang Jaya. You will handle enquiries, assist in issuing disciplinary letters, and support DI processes in line with company policies and employment laws.

Collaborating with the HR Manager, you will help implement effective disciplinary procedures, guide staff, and ensure compliant actions in misconduct cases while upholding fair handling and confidential reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries, investigations, and cases related to employee disciplinary matters, staff grievances, and workplace counselling.
• Assist the HR Manager in implementing effective disciplinary policies and procedures, including the issuance of disciplinary letters and appropriate actions for misconduct cases.
• Conduct investigations and manage Domestic Inquiry (DI) processes in accordance with company policies and employment laws.
• Provide guidance and support to management and staff on disciplinary matters and related policies.
