Qualifications

• Experience in handling disciplinary matters.
• Ability to gather evidence and prepare reports.
• Strong understanding of company policies and local labour law.

Responsibilities

• Investigate employee misconduct and prepare case reports.
• Issue show-cause letters, suspension letters, warnings, dismissal letters and termination notices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws in disciplinary matters.
• Act as Prosecuting Officer or Secretary in Domestic Inquiry (DI) management.
