Job summary

myNEWS Holding Berhad is seeking a proactive HR support intern in Kuala Lumpur to assist in managing foreign workers' records, work permits, visas, renewals, and onboarding. You will coordinate medical check-ups, liaise with authorities, and help maintain accurate filing.

Ideal candidate is pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s in HRM or Business, with basic MS Office skills, good communication, and strong organisational abilities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Business Admin or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and updating foreign workers’ records and documents.
• Assist with work permit, visa and renewal applications.
• Support the arrangement of medical check-ups for foreign workers.
• Assist with foreign worker onboarding, resignation and contract expiry matters.
• Support accommodation, transportation and flight arrangements when required.
• Assist in preparing documents and liaising with relevant authorities.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of foreign worker records.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
