Job summary

COSHARE HOLDINGS BERHAD is seeking a proactive HR Assistant in Petaling Jaya to support daily HR administration, maintain employee records, and assist recruitment activities such as posting advertisements and screening resumes.

You will help with onboarding and offboarding, support training initiatives, and prepare HR letters and reports while contributing to employee engagement efforts and company events.

Qualifications

• Assist with daily HR administrative tasks and documentation.
• Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes and arranging interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support training and development activities.
• Assist in preparing HR letters, reports and other related documents.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and company events.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily HR admin tasks and maintain records in HRIS.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with applicants.
• Update employee records and ensure data accuracy.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and exiting staff.
• Assist in planning and tracking training and development programs.
• Prepare HR letters, reports and internal communications.
• Organize employee engagement activities and company events.
• Assist HR team with ad hoc duties and documentation.
