Job summary

Hong Leong Bank offers a Recruitment Support internship in Kuala Lumpur. You will gain exposure to day-to-day recruitment administration, including resume screening, and participate in recruitment projects and events such as walk-in interviews, campus engagements and career fairs.

We seek undergraduates with leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, and a passion for banking. Candidates must be Malaysian citizens and able to commit to the full 12-week program.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen.
• Undergraduate student in any field from local or international university.
• CGPA 3.0+ or equivalent.
• Able to commit to the full 12-week duration.
• Demonstrates leadership and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day recruitment administration (resume screening, data entry, scheduling).
• Support recruitment projects/events logistics and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Recruitment Support

Internship Scope

The intern will have the exposure in the following areas:

1. Day-to-Day Recruitment Administration

• Basic screening of resumes

2. Recruitment Projects/Events - i.e. Walk-in interviews, Campus Engagement, Career Fairs etc

• To assist the project manager and/or Talent Acquisition Partner in the overall preparation for the project/event, which includes but not limited to logistics, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring a positive experience for all participants.

Eligibility

• Malaysian citizen;
• Undergraduate in any field of study from a local or international university;
• Possess CGPA / GPA score of 3.0 and above, or equivalent;
• Able to commit to entire duration of program (minimum of 12 weeks);
• Able to demonstrate leadership qualities and ability to overcome challenges through degree or extra-curricular activities;
• Displays enthusiasm when given tasks, able to communicate with people at various seniority levels and work cohesively in a project or team environment;
• Possess the passion and motivation to push for growth and success in the banking and financial industry.
