Responsibilities

• Support mandatory annual employee background and professional membership checks across Malaysia.
• Conduct accurate professional membership searches in key industry databases.
• Execute structured background verifications using regulatory portals LIAM and FIMM.
• Collate results, update internal tracking sheets, and maintain logs of verification records.
• Assist the Internal Relations team with ad-hoc administrative tasks during the check period.
