Job summary

Ditrolic Sdn Bhd in Ara Damansara, Selangor, is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This contract position offers hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, HR databases, and reporting within a collaborative environment.

You will assist with policy administration, events, and employee engagement while gaining exposure to HR projects and initiatives under senior staff guidance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, business, or psychology.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn HR.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Familiarity with HR systems/databases is advantageous.
• Prior HR or recruitment internship is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and coordination of interviews.
• Supporting the onboarding and induction of new employees, including preparation of documentation and orientation materials.
• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Helping with the administration of HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
• Assisting with the coordination of HR events, training sessions and employee engagement activities.
• Supporting the preparation of HR reports and performance metrics.
• Providing general administrative support to the HR team.
• Contributing to HR projects and initiatives as directed by senior HR staff.
