Chin Hin Group Berhad in Malaysia is offering an HR Intern position within the Group People GBS department. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee records management, time attendance, and payroll related tasks.

You will support HR operations, maintain files, monitor attendance, assist with timesheets and audits, and help ensure compliance with local labour laws. This internship offers practical exposure and opportunities to contribute to HR projects and programs.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases
• Ensure proper documentation and filing (hardcopy and digital)
• Assist in monitoring employee attendance and leave records
• Support verification of timesheets and overtime records
• Assist in payroll data preparation (where applicable)
• Assist in ensuring HR practices align with company policies and local labour laws
• Support audits and compliance documentation where required
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Handle ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as assigned
