Aufgaben

• R&D & Product Enhancement: Research industry trends and benchmark features to inform the R&D team and map client policies into system requirements, including AI-enabled HR processes.
• Compliance & Functional Audit: Conduct statutory calculation audits, ensure data privacy controls and audit logs, and validate payroll data and bank payment outputs.
• Implementation Enablement & Training Support: Create training collateral, manage training sessions and attendee tracking, and maintain the centralized knowledge base.
