Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Facilitate onboarding by organizing orientation sessions and assisting with new hire paperwork.
• Address employee inquiries on HR policies and benefits.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Coordinate internal training activities and liaise with training providers.
• Support payroll processes through basic payroll calculations and related tasks.
• Oversee social media for employer branding and talent attraction.
