Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Internship period of 3 to 6 months.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
• Support in conducting initial phone screenings or assessments.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers.
• Prepare onboarding documentation and assist with orientation activities.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• Assist HRDC claims and attend career fairs.
