Job summary

Ant International's Global Development Centre in Kuala Lumpur seeks an energetic HR intern to support culture initiatives, employee engagement and talent development programs. You will gain hands-on experience in HR, event management, internal communications and training coordination — helping us build a vibrant, learning-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Current university student, preferably studying HR, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• Experience in event planning or organizing activities.
• Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support HR culture and talent development initiatives.
• Coordinate and execute HR and culture events from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Create visual materials for events and internal campaigns.
• Assist in training program coordination and content preparation.
