Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year payroll/HR generalist experience is a plus.
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Independent, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers and offboarding.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime and payroll inputs for timely payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR system.
• Assist with employee enquiries, benefits administration and statutory contributions.
• Coordinate training, performance appraisals and engagement activities.
• Support employee relations and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support employer branding by creating and managing content on LinkedIn, XHS and IG.
• Assist with office administration and other ad hoc tasks.
