Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in HRM or related field required.
• 1–2 years HR experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Handle daily HR and administrative matters.
• Assist in recruitment, interview arrangements and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
• Assist with attendance, leave, payroll and staff claims.
• Handle employee enquiries and general HR-related issues.
• Prepare HR letters, notices and other related documents.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly followed.
• Assist management in coordinating and monitoring three main business operations.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the three business areas.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
