DKSH Malaysia is seeking an Associate Director, Human Resources Business Partnering to translate HR strategy into meaningful business outcomes. You will partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, and a high-impact people agenda across the Malaysian operations.

You will lead end-to-end HR initiatives, develop leadership pipelines, and ensure alignment with DKSH’s growth ambitions.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree or higher in HR/OD/Behaviour/Industrial Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR business partnering experience, healthcare preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in a managerial capacity.
