Job summary

Arrow Components (M) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with functional managers on HR best practices, policies, and regulatory updates, driving change and people initiatives.

You will handle HR metrics, onboarding, recruitment support, employee relations, training, and cross‑functional knowledge sharing to ensure compliant, high‑quality HR services across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build good relationship with internal stakeholders.
• Resilience, energetic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Advises and partners with managers on HR best practices, policies, and programs.
• Responsible for HR metrics for client area and root-cause analysis and follow-up actions.
• Building trust with stakeholders for approvals on hires/terminations.
• Provide direction to execute corporate policies and HR programs including training.
• Participate in cross-functional communication and learning sharing within the HR network.
• Partner with other HR areas to ensure smooth operation of ongoing HR practices.
