Key Responsibilities
HR & Recruitment
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling, focusing on hiring Store/Department Managers and skilled technical staff.
Attendance & Daily HR: Oversee leave approvals, verify attendance records, and ensure proper usage of the time-attendance system across all outlets.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Mediate workplace grievances—focusing on resolving commission/incentive calculation disputes—and maintain company policies in compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act (Act 265).
Finance & System Administration
Daily Reconciliation: Conduct daily sales reconciliation for all outlets, balance accounts, and resolve data discrepancies.
System & Data Management: Manually digitize legacy data while monitoring and ensuring prompt, accurate entry of daily transactions into POS/ERP systems.
Audit Assistance: Organize and prepare documents required for financial statements and assist external auditors with annual audit processes.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of local HR and admin experience in Malaysia, paired with foundational accounting or data entry skills. Existing candidate networks for skilled workers preferred.
Knowledge: Familiar with the Malaysian Employment Act (Act 265), basic commission structures, and fundamental accounting workflows.
Skills: Proficient in operating POS/ERP software and office suites; highly meticulous with data, possessing strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
