Job summary

Western Digital Corp. in Malaysia seeks an experienced HR Experience Partner Specialist 3 to independently deliver HR programs, advise senior managers, and improve country-level HR services, blending HR judgment with local employment law.

You will drive digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to enhance service delivery and employee experience, coach leaders, and ensure policies comply with ISO and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Certification in HR (SHRM/CIPD) preferred.
• 5–7 years HR experience; strong transformation background.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary steward of corporate HR practices and policies across leaders and business.
• Advise managers on talent identification, workforce planning, and performance reviews.
• Design and improve HR programs, surfacing observations and recommending practical adjustments.
• Coach leaders with COE support to develop skills and increase HR effectiveness.
• Ensure HR policies comply with audit frameworks (ISO, RBA) and local laws.
