Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required or desirable.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR or relevant experience.
• Ability to support HR initiatives and work with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation of corporate HR practices and policies.
• Provides guidance to managers and employees on HR programs.
• Assists in talent identification, recognition, and workforce planning.
• Responds to HR queries and escalates complex issues as needed.
• Contributes to site-level HR initiatives and projects.
• Supports HR training and coordination with COE and senior HR partners.
• Ensures HR policies comply with audit frameworks and local laws.
