Job summary

Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad (KLK) is seeking a diligent HR/payroll professional to manage worker-level checkroll verification and ensure timely statutory compliance. You will oversee PCB, EPF, and SOCSO submissions and analytics of wages components such as overtime, allowances, and deductions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Administration, or Management with CGPA ≥ 3.0, demonstrates meticulous planning, and communicates effectively in English and Bahasa

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics/Business Administration/Management with CGPA ≥ 3.0.
• Knowledge of workers’ checkroll or payroll is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage worker-level checkroll verification accurately and timely.
• Handle statutory payments and compliance (PCB, EPF, SOCSO).
• Perform checkroll analysis and monitor wages components (overtime, allowances, deductions).
• Participate in other HR projects and ad-hoc duties.

Job description

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics/ Business Administration/ Management or related fields from recognized Universities with minimum CGPA of 3.0.

Knowledge in Workers’ checkroll or payroll would be added advantage.

Meticulous, able to meet tight deadlines and highly organized.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external parties.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to travel.
