Job summary

Smells Good Holdings Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding and payroll for frontline staff. You will maintain employee records, ensure compliance with local employment laws, and act as the main HR point of contact on the ground, partnering with team leads to resolve workforce matters.

The role requires a diploma or degree in HR or related field, 1-2 years HR experience, and a willingness to be hands-on and on the ground.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably including recruitment and payroll.
• Experience hiring or managing frontline employees (retail, promoters, sales, live hosts) is a plus.
• Good understanding of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding: manage the full recruitment process and onboarding documents.
• Payroll & Attendance: assist monthly payroll and attendance-related matters.
• HR Operations & Compliance: maintain HR processes and records, support statutory submissions.
• Frontline & On-Ground HR Support: be the main HR contact for employees and engage with frontline staff.
