Job summary

You will coordinate recruitment activities, maintain employee records, assist payroll processes, and handle employee relations with discretion. The role requires coordinating with departments to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with statutory requirements.

• Experience in handling full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and onboarding.
• Ability to maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with policies.
• Experience coordinating attendance, leave, and payroll-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, leave administration and HR documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding process.
• Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation in compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
• Manage and process attendance, leave, overtime, medical claims, and other HR-related matters accurately and timely.
• Assist in payroll preparation and statutory submissions, ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
• Prepare HR letters including offers, confirmations, warnings, and other employment documents.
• Handle employee inquiries and support employee relations matters confidentially.
• Assist in performance appraisals, employee engagement activities, training coordination, and internal HR programs.
• Handle foreign worker matters including permits, hostel coordination, and related documentation when required.
• Support implementation and compliance of company policies, procedures, and SOPs across departments.
• Prepare HR reports and staff movement records as required.
• Perform ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.
