China Communications Construction Company (M) Sdn. Bhd. (CCCC Malaysia) seeks an HR Executive/Generalist to support recruitment, payroll, compliance and employee relations in Penang.
The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor’s in HRM, Business Admin or Law, 1–5 years of HR generalist experience, and strong knowledge of Malaysia’s labor laws. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is essential.
Talent Acquisition:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and screening to conducting interviews and onboarding.
Payroll & Benefits:
Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculations of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
Compliance & Statutory:
Prepare and submit statutory forms (e.g., CP21, CP22, CP22A) and handle e-stamping or JTK-related documentation.
Employee Relations:
Support Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) matters, including disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
Administration:
Maintain up-to-date employee records and manage general HR administrative tasks, such as letter preparation and leave tracking.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
1–3 years (Assistant) or 3–5 years (Senior Executive) of experience in an HR Generalist role.
Strong understanding of the Malaysia Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, and prevailing labor laws.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas and data management).
Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin is an added advantage for dealing with specific stakeholders).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
