Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll and HR administration. The role requires handling monthly payroll, statutory contributions, and accurate HRIS data.
You will ensure compliance with Malaysia employment laws, prepare employment letters, and manage foreign employee documentation including work permits and EA forms.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and selection.
Coordinate onboarding, orientation and required employment documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data.
Payroll & Compensation
Manage monthly payroll, including salaries, allowances, claims and reimbursements.
Prepare and process statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
Ensure payroll and compensation records are accurate and processed within the required timelines.
HR Administration & Documentation
Prepare HR letters and employment-related documents, including confirmation, promotion, increment and employment verification letters.
Maintain accurate personnel records, HR files and system records.
Coordinate staff uniforms, accommodation and other operational HR matters.
Compliance & Statutory Reporting
Ensure compliance with applicable Malaysia employment laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
Manage government-related submissions and reporting requirements.
Prepare annual employee tax documents, including EA Forms.
Manage employment and administrative matters for foreign employees.
Coordinate work permit applications, renewals and other relevant immigration requirements.
Ensure required documentation and records are properly maintained.
Employee Relations & Investigations
Support employee relations matters, investigations and disciplinary processes when required.
Provide HR advice and support to employees and management on HR policies and employment matters.
Assist in resolving workplace concerns and maintaining positive employee relations.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience; experience in the F&B industry would be an advantage.
Good knowledge of Malaysia employment laws, statutory contributions and payroll/tax requirements.
Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
