CL TAN ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our Human Resources team in Cheras. This full-time role focuses on supporting HR operations, employee relations, and a positive workplace culture.

You will manage daily HR administration, recruitment, payroll assistance, and HR policy implementation, ensuring accurate records and compliant documentation. A 3–5 year track record in HR is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR/Business Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar HR support role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, labour regulations, and industrial relations practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employee engagement strategies.
• Experience in industrial and employee relations is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily HR administrative activities and maintain employee records.
• Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Prepare employment letters, HR documents, and employee correspondence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Assist with payroll preparation and attendance and leave administration.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support.
• Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate staff training and development activities when required.
• Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and applicable employment requirements.
• Assist with other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
