Job summary

KES International in Kulai, Johor, is seeking an HR Operations Support Executive to assist the HR Department across all HR functions and ensure timely, accurate HR service delivery to staff and line managers.

You will support Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, TMS, Performance Management, and Employee Relations, while assisting in HR metrics reporting, ISO documentation, and sustainability reporting. Union of precision, compliance and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in HR operations.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and PDPA guidelines.
• Familiarity with HRIS/TMS and payroll-related processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the HR Department across all HR functions.
• Work closely with employees and line managers to ensure timely, accurate HR service delivery.
• Support Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, TMS, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
• Assist in HR metrics reporting, labour surveys, ISO documentation, and sustainability reporting.
• Recruitment: handle basic work pass administration and candidate screening.
