You will manage HR operations, disciplinary matters, contract management, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with the Employment Act and payroll accuracy. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, multitasking, and a proactive, service-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HR Operations / HR Shared Services.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Act, labour laws, payroll processes, and employee relations.
• Experience handling disciplinary matters and HR compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding processes and new hire documentation.
• Serve as primary HR contact for associates and clients.
• Handle payroll coordination, timesheets, and salary discrepancies.
• Oversee offboarding, resignations, and contract renewals.
• Maintain HR records, compliance, and client-related HR enquiries.
